Refund eligibility depends on: • The nature and type of services purchased • The scheduling status and delivery stage of services • The timing of any cancellation or refund request • Whether services have been delivered or accessed We approach each refund request with professionalism and a genuine commitment to fair resolution. Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly with any concerns regarding service delivery or payment.

Consultation Services

Clients may request cancellation of scheduled consultations with advance notice. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for standard cancellations to allow us to accommodate other clients. Refund consideration for consultation services may depend on: • The timing of the cancellation request relative to the scheduled session • Whether preparatory work or administrative processing has already been completed • The specific terms agreed upon in any written service agreement • Whether the session has already commenced or been delivered Introductory consultations, being complimentary, are not subject to payment and therefore do not require a refund process.

Educational Services

Digital educational materials, downloadable resources, written guides, and educational frameworks may be considered non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed by the client. This policy reflects the nature of intellectual and educational content, which cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once it has been received and reviewed. For multi-session educational programs, unused sessions within a package may be eligible for partial refund consideration, subject to review and the specific terms of the service agreement. Clients should contact us as early as possible if they wish to discontinue a program.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services may generally be considered non-refundable: • Completed advisory or educational sessions that have been fully delivered • Custom advisory preparation work and research already performed • Downloaded, accessed, or delivered digital educational resources • Missed appointments where no advance cancellation notice was provided • Sessions cancelled with less than the required advance notice period • Administrative or processing fees associated with service arrangements These policies are in place to reflect the genuine time and preparation invested in each client engagement.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed in a timely manner, subject to payment provider timelines and processing requirements. Refund processing considerations: • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider • Clients will receive written confirmation of any approved refund 4LNA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

In the event that a service is discontinued after payment has been received, affected clients will be notified promptly and offered either: • A full refund for services not yet delivered • An alternative service of equivalent or greater value • A credit toward future services We are committed to handling service changes with transparency and fairness to all clients.
